SPACES

VISION

To expand the art gallery and have a Washington Street presence. To convert the empty lot to the west of the historic building at 202 Washington into a beautiful and inviting outdoor event space. To use the current attached garage as a commercial kitchen available to rent or use to support the event space. To connect all the space in the building not used for the gallery into a beautiful and classic event space for meetings and celebrations of various natures.

THE SPACES

HARDT GALLERY

Gallery is now open to visitors.

EVENT SPACE

A versatile space for meetings and celebrations with guest lists from 2 to 200. A large space for events that can be closed off into smaller spaces to accommodate smaller groups, with access to a kitchenette.

COMMERCIAL KITCHEN

A spacious kitchen that can be reserved both to accommodate the event space for catered events and by itself. A business incubator to encourage local entrepreneurs to take the first steps in making and selling their creations. A rentable kitchen so that locals who wish to sell their food in any way can do so without violating state statutes.

OUTDOOR EVENT SPACE

To turn the empty lot to the west of the building into a beautiful, inviting courtyard that can be used both as a welcoming entrance area to the building and a semi private, reservable space for outdoor events.

The Quincy Room

The former Quincy Gallery is now available to rent for small groups and events. Amenities include a kitchenette, and an ADA family bathroom.

We are currently in Phase 2.

With completion of the Quincy Room we set our sights on the main event center. We are currently working on the ceiling of the Main Event Room, and preparing to install an accordion wall, to allow us to expand the space when hosting larger events.
