Our Spaces
building our future
Every Event has a Home
202 on Washington is more than a historic building — it’s a hub for creativity, connection, and celebration in downtown St. Francis. Whether you’re exploring local art in the beautifully restored Hardt Gallery, hosting a meeting in the cozy Quincy Room, or planning a full-scale event in our versatile Main Event Space, each room at 202 is designed to bring people together. These renovated spaces reflect our mission: enriching lives through creativity and the arts, creating a cultural hub in St. Francis and the surrounding tristate area.
Main Event Space
Spacious, flexible, and filled with character, the Main Event Space at 202 is designed to host everything from weddings to workshops. With room for up to 200 guests and the ability to divide into smaller sections, it’s ideal for gatherings of all sizes. Modern updates meet historic charm to create a welcoming setting for memorable events.

Hardt Gallery
Hardt Gallery is open and currently hosting exhibitions. The remodel of the Gallery was the first phase completed in the three-phase 202 on Washington Project.
Hardt Gallery showcases rotating exhibits from regional and national artists in a thoughtfully restored historic space. With its tin ceiling, warm lighting, and curated shows, the gallery offers an experience that invites visitors to connect with art—and each other.
The Quincy Room
Tucked just off the main gallery, the Quincy Room offers a warm, private space perfect for small meetings, workshops, and gatherings. With its cozy feel and easy access to shared amenities, it’s an ideal spot for focused, low-key events.

That's Not All
We are progressing on completely finishing the above projects, but our work is far from over. The following are on our roadmap for Phase 2-3.
